Confirmation

When you have finished booking in the booking system, you will receive an email with the booking number and a receipt for the service purchase. Receipt does not equal service, we reserve the right to reverse an order if any kind of misconduct arises.
When you have completed the purchase of a gift card in the gift card system, you will receive an email with the gift card number that can be used to book purchased services in the booking system. You will also receive a receipt for the purchase. Receipt does not equal service, we reserve the right to reverse an order if any kind of misconduct arises.

Payments and security with orders – encryption

The following cards can be used in our booking and gift card system:

Visa
Show electron
Mastercard
Maestro
The payment will appear on your card statement in the same way as general in-store transactions.

Online Price (Price)

The price quoted in our booking and gift card system is in Icelandic krona. Please note that price changes are not advertised in advance. 

The service includes VAT. Please note that the prices in the booking and gift card system are subject to change without notice and that all prices are published subject to typographical errors.

Cancellations

We offer a refund booking system if the cancellation is received within 4 hours before the booked time starts. Cancellations must be made by clicking on the URL provided in the booking confirmation email.

You can also send an email skorbar@skorbar.is to our front desk and cancel within 12 hours before the booked time starts.

Site security

We put the safety of our customers first. We use the best technology available to ensure that all payments are secure. SSL encryption is used to ensure the encryption of the card number and other personal data, but the encryption meets the strictest data protection requirements on the Internet.

We do not store any card information on our servers or websites.

Venue

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be brought before an Icelandic court.
